The OCC operates through five primary divisions and departments, each with specialized mandates and operational authority. These organizational units work in concert to fulfill the commission's comprehensive oversight, enforcement, compliance, and governance responsibilities.

Enforcement Division

Director: Victoria T. Anderson

The Enforcement Division is responsible for conducting formal enforcement actions against corporate entities in violation of regulatory standards. The division develops enforcement strategies, prosecutes violations, and implements sanctions.
